Make "off" the default reply ping setting

I think the vast majority agrees that having it on by default is an absurd design choice for a chat like Discord. If one really wants to ping the person they're replying to, they can just @ping them in the message like that, without need for the reply thing. More often than not, the ping reply is not only unnecessary - it is cumbersome and it's annoying.

Please make off the default setting, or just delete that feature altogether.

    In just about every discord server there are tons of people who ask to turn that darn ping off when replying to them.
    There should definitely be a setting in which the ping can be set to default $ OFF
