Deleted Accounts showing up in the banned members list

I saw a topic about something close to this matter but it was 2 years ago and it never got much attention, so i'm making this new one.

Basically, i managed a lot of servers and since most of them are verified, we have to deal with a lot of trolls, bot accounts and everything. The problem starts when you ban this "temporary" account, because after a while it gets deleted but still shows as "DeletedUser#number" on the banned member list, which after some months, start to literally spam the list with those users.

The idea is to basically when an account gets deleted, it also gets removed from this list in particular, because it's really strange that an account that was removed from the platform stays on these lists and their messages also stay in place.
