Problem with Community server settings

Hello,
I have a few problems with my discord server:

- Overview: I made my rules channel to the official rules channel and the news channel to    
  the official news channel, but neither the rules channel has this book next to it nor the 
  news channel can´t be followed by a member

- Membership Screening:
  I activated this tool and wrote my rules insight the box, but the new members can´t see the
  screen with the rules to accept them.

- Welcome screen:
  I also enabled the welcome screen and set it up, but that screen won´t be shown the new
  joining members either.
