New server type: Democracy

I propose a new server type for small servers based on democratic voting.

There is no one with admin powers, nor is there a "server owner". No one person can delete messages or kick/ban people.

If someone wants to delete a message it goes up for vote, same with kicking/banning someone, or inviting a new user. Deleting the server should unanimous.

Why? I am the "server owner" of a small Discord where the members are just a group of friends (11 humans + 1 bot). I don't want to have more power than my friends just because I made the server. And giving everyone administrator powers is just going to end badly if someone loses their account.
