Suggestion - Custom sounds / ringtones

I was thinking about this for a good 10 minutes and how cool it would be. So, lets say you want to change the outgoing ring sound. You can go to settings, go to Notifications, and there would be a a change button or the add file button that is already used next to the text box. You can select your file, and when it goes it would loop the mp3 or wav. Also if they add that they should add a reset to default button, (of course). This can all be a Nitro perk or just something you can do.
