Timezone (your time) (their time)

I know this is posted a lot. Make it opt in if privacy is a concern. Having the timestamp followed by a + or - hour value or even their actual full listed timestamp -/+ value. Would be extremely beneficial to discussions and planning. This could be setup via system clock automatically or a timezone opt in on the profile.
