Customization of administrator permissions

The administrator role needs more customization options, especially regarding the channel permissions.

It's really annoying, that administrators get basically EVERY right like the owner or just the very basic permissions. It would be really helpful, if there were some kind of customization possibilities regarding some specific admin-like permissions. Maybe a different not as powerful permission would help too, just so that it's not all permissions at once and that owners can assign different graduations of admins.

A different workaround for this would be, that the specific channel permissions are higher, than the roles permissions. This way the server owner could set up some specific channels, where the members with the administrator permissions WON'T have those permissions, while still being administrator in all other channels
