time limit for typing in chat!

hello, I think a really cool idea would be to add an option to change the time a member can send a message, for example: I joined a server, but for me to type in the chat I need to be a 1 + member for 1 month or something, it would be WELL cool, this would help servers that have trouble receiving raids constantly.

olá, eu acho que uma ideia muito legal seria adicionarem uma opção de alterar o tempo de um membro poder mandar uma mensagem, por exemplo:
entrei em um server, porem para eu digitar no chat eu preciso ser membro 1 + de 1 mes ou algo do tipo, seria BEEM legal, isso iria ajudar servidores que tem problema de receber raids constantemente.
