Allow Higher resolution, lower FPS for level 1 boosted servers
I am part of a Capture The Flag (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wargame_(hacking)) team where we often use the discord screen share feature to help each other. The standard max resolution of 720p makes it really hard to read anyone's screens if they share more than a single small window. I boosted our server hoping that it would unlock 1080p30 or 1080p15 but my teammates only get 720p60 as an option.
1080p30 or 1080p15 (or source@15) at Level 1 would be awesome for us and would make me much more likely to boost the server in the future.

I would 2nd this request, and go even further to allow higher resolutions / lower frame rates even at the base level. I understand the need to limit the bandwidth, and would be willing to give up frame rate to accommodate higher resolution. It would be nice for the base level to even have a 1080p @ 5fps option, or even 4k @ 1fps would be useful when sharing non-video content.

This would be a great idea. We need higher resolution and don't need frame rate for screen share of presentations and the like, and $80 a month for the functionality is a bit much really. Discord has grown beyond gaming and could tune in a bit better to it's new audience, plus get my money as a result.

This is done now, with the "Better Text Readability" screen share option my team I've seen 4k come through crystal clear. I'm not sure the frame rate, but it works great for us for sharing code or any other text.
