How to hide discord application from showing up in stream?

When I'm playing games like Jackbox or Among Us and I'm streaming it, if I click on Discord or my Chrome Browser my Discord application shows up on stream. How can I keep my stream only on the game and not show my Discord(messages, server, text channel, etc.) from appearing on stream?
