Allow timezone for each user

Ever had that moment when your community each have their own timezones and yet it's hard to keep up with who is in which timezone? It gets really tricky especially when it's a large community.

How about enabling a setting feature to show the user's timezone next to their username? or in their profile?

For example:

TheFactor#1234 8:00AM PST > This shows the timestamp of their own timezone. This is visible not in the chat box, but off to the side such as the member list or in-call.

or

TheFactor#1234 > Right click > Shows current time
