[Android]The problem of ≡ being hidden in the notification bar

This problem is happening in ver 62.5.(in Japan) When using discord, the discord notification hides ≡ and I can't change to another channel, which is frustrating. In addition, swiping up on the notification doesn't make it go away, so I have to wait a few seconds before I can change the channel. So, please change it so that I can press the ≡ button even when I get a notification.
