User Management: Members - Allowing everyone to view all the members of different roles

I'm not sure if this something that is already available but I'm finding it difficult to find anything on it.
I think it would be really useful if regular members of a server had access to the Members subcategory within the Server Settings in User Management. This would allow people to easily see how many members are in a role and who they are. Sidenote: it would be really useful to have a counter of how many members are in a role when you use the filter instead of it only stating the number of members in the server total.
I haven't been able to find anything in the permissions that seems to indicate it would allow people to view this page without being able to edit the roles or something so i'd love to know if this is already something i can implement or something that should be implemented.
