Nested Voice Channel Concept
Hello! Here is a simple idea in concept that I believe would provide fun and interesting social interaction on Discord. Although similar posts exist regarding this, I want to specifically describe its functionality and use cases in order to obtain a clearer vision in what it could entail.
The idea for Nested Voice Channels involves the option to add and/or drag voice channels to be underneath another channel. Functionally, this would allow those in the parent voice channel to hear each other like normal; however, those in the child channel could listen in and talk to each other, without being heard by the parent.
Use cases could be when someone dies in a video game and would like to simulate that ethereal status, when commentators would like live feed of players' voices, or for even more creative server ideas.
That is the idea in concept. Of course, this does not account for the actual implementation, but it provides a theoretical for such a feature. Thank you very much for listening!

My main game is Albion Online for now and we rely on other software to get nested voicechannels or to run secondary comms (see whispers from teamspeak)
Since discord is one of the few VoIPs that is accessable from almost everywhere (A lot of VoIPs are banned in middle east & asia) it is impossible for those countries to access these other softwares.
Also, I don't like these other softwares, please discord please, gimme this feature

Hello, Star Citizen Org Admin with 500+ people on the server here. We do events with 20+ people (which are too many for 1 channel) and it would be pretty good to have this to coordinate several groups at once. Guilded and Teamspeak have similar features. Please do this!
