Pinning Direct Messages

It would be great if you could pin a certain Direct message to the top so you dont have to scroll long to find the chat you are looking for.

  Oh my gosh yes, please!

  Especially if it were a private thing (you and the person you are talking to have separate pins)
  this would save me so much time
