Use HTML symbol hex/decimal names as emoji - or use emoji syntax as shorthand for common HTML entities.

Allow HTML entities to be turned into text characters - or possibly emoji.

For example; The HTML decimal code Σ Σ and &‌Sigma; all render to Σ in HTML markup. Currently there are no easy ways to render mathematical symbols such as delta and sigma except by making a custom server emoji - which works for mathematical theme servers but not casual servers.

It would be nice to type say :&Sigma: and get a Σ

People who speak greek already have these symbols so it might be extraneous and confusing for them. But, using an & as a prefix decreases the likelihood of this accidentally being triggered.

Full HTML markup seems a bit extreme. I see there are other posts about adding full <> tag markup.

For now custom emoji work for people who use it frequently (and have nitro!)
