Group emojis with different skin-tones when used as reactions.

Skin tone modifiers on various emoji like 👍🏻  and 👋🏿  are great! However, when voting or reacting to previous messages, they are treated as unique reactions compared to other skin-tones or the default-yellow counterparts. This can create some pause when selecting a preferred skin-tone as it could be counted separately in the reaction. This can muddy the reactions, and make it difficult to count how many total responses there might be.

Instead, I think it would be better and more inclusive to show all of the skin-tone's present in the reaction, and group up the total:
