Add ability to disable/enable invites (including vanity)

That post was closed as a duplicate but the original post doesn't exist anymore. So I'm just opening a new post here instead.

As already explained in the referenced post, this could be used to help against raiding. Currently, there is no good way to stop people from joining through the vanity invite, other than removing it.

    yes please I've been using the same discord links all over youtube description and im afraid that raids are gonna happen and they're gonna use the invite link and there's no other way to stop it other than deleting the whole invite link, replacing the invite links in the description are gonna take hours if im trying to change it all
