Rate limit by accont creation attempt

I'm unable to create a test account to test my server as another user. I recieve the "you're rate limited" error every time

  Hello, mcgiwer! There was a feature added to the Desktop Application where you can view yourself as another role. This would also eliminate having to make test accounts in the future. I don't believe this feature was released for iOS/Android. If you are on a mobile device, I would highly consider to ask a friend to help out(Someone you trust)
