NSFW and role authorization "dysfunctional"

The role hierarchy does not affect the channels if I deny access to a channel of the higher-level role (red) and allow access to the channel for the role below (green), and the user has both roles. Access to the canal (NSFW) is also granted to the superordinate role (red). This problem should definitely be resolved.
