Make gif favorites account bound

I just cleared my discord cache on my pc and noticed that all my favorites were gone.

I think it would be a good idea to make the gifs bound to the account instead of the client. This way I don't have to be scared of losing all of my favorite gifs.

Should be easy to implement as well as not take too much server space.

  YES! I'm on discord on a bunch of different devices, namely my desktop and my PC, and it's frustrating to not see my favorites from my PC on my desktop favorites list and vice versa. This should be a quick fix and I know a lot of people who would love to see this implemented!
