Stage channels

This is a suggestion. You could counter Instagram by allowing a stage challenge with screen/video sharing and live text chat... then a panel where you can input questions for the host. It would be a better format of AMA where a channel could have 3-4 speakers and the chat could ask them questions and there could be discourse in a chat. The questions would log similar to a hand raise and the chat would move independently. Options could be to put slow mode on both the chat as well as on the questions asked... video is less of a need but would be a nice touch.

  Currently the temporary workaround until this becomes a thing is to create a category to handle all this. People tune into the stage channel but then go to the text channel. Sure it works, but it isn’t very intuitive. People can ask questions in chat but they could easily get lost. The idea was that speakers could move from question to question with it displayed similarly to IG... answer it and then move on... all the while a transparent chat could scroll behind all of that so people could chat about the topic being discussed.

  Instagram literally does this and it’s great but you can only have two speakers and it cuts off at times. Being able to share video or at least the screen or a picture would be neat but not necessary.
