Discord Permissions

I have this weird permission bug where, if my bot has embed links in one of my guilds it sends the embed link, if it can't send it then it'll give an error message. however, in the other guild my bot doesn't have embed links it still sends the embed link. Invite Link: https://discord.gg/JKGgxEZtzD for where it sends an embed link when it doesn't have permission. (This also occurred for another guild I owned) Invite Link: https://discord.gg/7HmkBY6XYW for where it sends an embed link, or sends an error message saying it can't send embed links.
