Reporting System

Feature desired

On desktop: Right click a user, in the drop down menu, have user click on red report button, then a contextual menu appears, telling reason of report and proof, as well as details that can further help it.

On Mobile: Same thing, but long press on a user. 

Reporting system will automatically send a report to the reporting system on discord.
