Add a voice message feature

So something i think that would be cool is if we had an option to record a voice message then be able to send it on chats and servers for people to listen to, its a quicker way to send messages too for people that dont have time to type

  Yes, I moved from the Amino app to Discord and was disappointed to find that Discord had no voice message feature like Amino had, it'd be fun and useful
