New colour scheme really eye straining

Yo ever since that new update dropped looking through discord started to actually hurt my eyes when going through options etc., please add an option to get back to the old colours, how are colours this aggressive on a dark background supposed to be "friendlier" when it literally makes reading things low key painful??

  It's like those intense neon blue lights you can't stare at for too long or you go cross-eyed and see into a second dimension.
