New UI doesn't meet WCAG contrast requirements

Hi there! Just wanted to point out that hover state for the tags in this UI update do not meet the contrast requirements laid out in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. This means they are not accessible. The regular state appears to be good as far as contrast goes, but buttons must meet contrast requirements in hover and focus states to be considered accessible.
