Streaming lag when sharing screen

Always when I share the screen of a game in a voice channel it gives fps drops and to solve it you have to change the resolution but it happens again, this problem has been a long time in discord and it would be good if the transmission would change the resolution automatically so that there is no low fps like the camera.

  discord really needs to step their game up. I cant share my screen when playin movies without it lagging every 2 seconds. I alway's see new updates on discord when i'm on my mac book but it seems as tho nothing has changed, im sick and tired of it.
