Discord dosen't send my image when we are only two

Hello,
I have been having problems with Discord for about two months.
At first I thought it was just my connection, but I've just done some tests and I notice that it's not at all.

First of all, when I'm alone with someone they never see my video stream. Screen sharing works but I don't have my camera. I thought it was just a bug on my part, but going to the task manager I can see that discord doesn't even try to send my image. In the attachment you can see that when I'm alone with someone the speed is 16Kbps

On the other hand when a third person joins the call, the other person can now see me, and we can see that discord is really trying to send my image because the sending rate is 1.7Mbps which makes much more sense to send a video stream.

This is my main problem because I would like to be able to talk with my friend and he can see me, but there is also some problem related to

1. When someone activates or deactivates the discord camera, it loses the connection and I have to restart discord to recover.
2. when i deactivate my camera discord loses connection and i have to restart discord to recover

I wanted to report these bugs to you because I find them so major that I can't use discord normally anymore.

I would like to have a solution

I have already tried to uninstall and reinstall and several other manipulations.
