Clyde bot in support

I was recently trying to appeal my falsely banned account and I have this question.

Why should a bot be used to handle appeals instead of humans? My account has been disabled for many days and the only answer is from discord bots. When I try to use another email usually normal humans respond to me. Does discord support blacklist emails that have their account disabled? My tag is Drake#0524 and my id is 835619652624973886

    Really, why should a bot be given access to appeals and not for example Technical Issues?
