Role Order Dilemma

I know that there are bots for this, but that's my last solution I want (I have all roles set up). I have a few color roles. These color roles are under staff roles as shown in this picture. That way, a member's highest role could always be below staff and allow it to be kickable/bannable/etc. However, that means that staff no longer have colors. How do I make color role's color show regardless of what role is above them?

  Its because discord handles roles by the placement of the role, it means, if you move admin underneath member, since member is above admin, members can access admin.

  top = more powerful
  
  member
  admin
  
  bottom = less powerful
