Option to turn off new blurple
The new blurple hurts my eyes. I want to be able to turn it off, and not have to damage my eyes seeing it. It literally hurts to look at.

My best suggestion for a temporary fix (emphasis on temporary, PLEASE fix this Discord) is to change the shortcut image on your desktop, and to shrink your taskbar or minimize your taskbar when not hovering over it. Mine is currently shrunk since I still need it consistently on my screen, it is marginally less obnoxious.

you can change the icon on the taskbar as well!
pin discord to the taskbar if you haven't yet, then close it.
[shift] + [left-click] on the icon on the taskbar and hit properties. change the icon as you would with every other shortcut.now you have to restart explorer.exe for the changes to take effect!
open taskmanager (right click empty space on taskbar or press [ctrl] + [shift] + [esc]) and switch to "more details" if you haven't yet.
find "explorer.exe" on the details tab and end that task.
tsakbar and desktop icons / background should disappear, taskmanager should stay open.
press file, new task type "explorer.exe" (without the quotes) and hit enter.
everything should be back and the icon should have changed.I agree that Discord needs to fix this or supply the proper tools for people to fix it themselves - e.g. allowing themes with a built in theme manager instead of relying on TOS breaking third party tools like better discord.
But hopefully this helps.

I would like to see more customization where the user can change the color to anything they want New or Old or even something completely like a red color.
