Colored text in embeds

Problem: me and the guys at the office who use discord and discord bots for work have found that color cues are fantastic for workflow. Color coordination on discord is a nightmare outside of role colors, the sidebars on embeds just arent enough.

Current solution: wait 5 minutes for all the color coded embeds to come through, or ditch color coding (and by extension slow down our workflow)

Ideal solution: allow a hex code to be parsed to an embed field which will apply that color to the embed name. Optional, defaults to the color set by the user's theme.
