Higher File Size for Banners (Profile Customization)

Hi,

discord included the new custom banner into the actual "profile", not just the "quick profile".

The profile-banner is 4 times larger (600x240px) than the quick profile-banner (300x120px).
And since the recommended size of custom banners is still 300x120px the profile-banner appears quite blurry with GIFs.

My suggestions:

increase the max. file size (10MB -> 25MB) since it needs 4 times the pixels (40MB is overkill)
make the recommended custom banner size 600x240px (from 300x120px)
