Edit Moderation Settings: User has to be completed requirements before he even can join the server

Many big servers having the Issue getting mass Bot joins into their server, my suggestion is edit the current Moderation option.

If for example the option is enabled that someone have to be verified with email or phone to write in this server, that this person cant even join the server without first completed the requirements.

This would help alot servers getting alot less of these Bots.
