My girlfriends account got disabled, and no one is responding

From what she's told me, she wanted to be a part of this promotion from Epic Games for 3 months of free Nitro. When she applied for it, it said it couldn't go through and about 20-30 minutes later, her account was disabled. She says she isn't the only one as Twitter has been popping up with people having similar or the same issue. All I want is either an explanation or for her account to be restored, and rather quickly as her account will get auto-deleted by Discord for being disabled for 2 weeks. If Discord staff can, please give either me a response.

  I suggest her to contact support (https://dis.gd/support). By the way, tell her to check the mails, she'll get more informations about her account disabled (a ban or manually disabled).
