Image Remix Permission (suggestion)

So I got access to the image remix system. It's neat. But my main concern is the bad uses that may follow such as harassment, bullying, etc.

Whilst I'm aware bullying and harassment is generally not allowed per the guidelines or terms and could be reported to Trust and Safety, a general suggestion is to add a new permission called "Remix Images" or "Remix Media".

A good example for this permission:
Say as a server owner you have a #selfies channel. You have someone post a pretty cool selfie and showing off their beautiful face. But perhaps the server owner doesn't want new problematic members remixing selfies to be mean.

So the owner can restrict image remixing behind a role for people the owner's community deems as good and respected.

This way the bad people can't tag the beautiful faces that will be sent in the #selfies channel.

Another example is if a server owner doesn't like the new remix feature or doesn't want anyone to use it, they can disable the permission for the everyone role so nobody can remix images.

TL;DR:
I believe there should be a permission for image remixing so owners can choose whether they want people to use it in their server or not.
