Cant receive discord sms phone number verification

So i recently created a new discord account but my old main account using my phone so i want to remove and delete it. I did remove it but it keeps asking me to enter another different phone number so i cant remove it (unable to send message). Im not sure if its removed or not so i tried on my new main account, entered my phone number and yes i didnt get any error message but i didnt receive any sms message from discord. I have been trying from last night till today but still cant. I also did searching on the internet alot but still cant. what can i do now?

I also have tried on my phone, pc, website, app,... but still cant

    just contacted them and they said my phone number is ineligible, even though i can receive otp code from other websites like amazon, etc. They didnt even explain it. Then i changed to second phone number and now it said unable to send sms message. Discord verify system really sucks
