Allow users to showcase they are autistic

Autistic people prefer direct communication and avoid using subtext. Without knowing we are autistic quite often people misinterpret our messages assuming there's a subtext to our messages sometimes resulting in unnecessary misunderstanding or conflicts.

In smaller server we're able to introduce ourselves and establish that we are autistic. Larger server make it hard for us to contribute as every time we interact with a new person we have to re-state that we're autistic making each new interaction rather cumbersome.

A great accessibility improvement might be adding an option for users to show a small info text under their message stating they are autistic thus prefer direct communication. Such message could be similar to the "Only you can see this" you can see on bot message and only show up the first time you see given user's message. By clicking "Got it!" they would hide the message for that user forever.
