Account hacked and Lost. No response in 20 days on status

As title states. 20 days now total since i sent my first report.
I downloaded the file. It was a bad one and as a result i lost my account. Email is still attached to the account, but they changed the 2FA on the account and locked me out. They managed to trick one of my friends into doing the same and that friend already got their account back within 3 days of the issue. I would just like my account back or at least know that something is being worked on. I can prove the account is mine on multiple levels be it ID. Email ownership. whatever is needed.
