Markdown handling of ordered lists doesn't take large numbers into account

Friends and I noticed recently that if we follow a convention of {number}. {text} that Discord will treat it as an ordered list. However, padding/margin adjustments for ordered lists cause the number to extend below the avatar of the user submitting the message.

For instance:

8675309. Give Jenny a Call

Would trigger the following appearance in the app:

Discord should take the length of the largest number into account when adjusting the margin/padding for the list.
