Video and Send messages permissions suppressed by Connect
Currently, if you deny the Connect permission in a voice channel, users in that channel can't video stream or send messages in the voice text chat, even if the Video and Send messages permissions are explicitly allowed.
Is this intended behaviour? Wouldn't it be better to allow those actions if their relative permission is allowed and ignore the Connect permission in those cases, or is there some logic behind this? (This would be useful for bots)
