With all due respect, this is an insignificance of technical support, that 17 days pass without responding to my topic. We do not have a service. Dealing is still very bad. Is this reasonable? Almost 17 days without a response from technical support

  lol 17???? i have been waiting for  a month and when they finnaly do sm they just clsoe my ticket without tlaking or reaching out or even fixing the problem basicly just flipping me off
