Why Discord isnt responding to disabled account appeal?

My account was disabled becouse of “suspicion” of having below 13 years old, i appealed twice already and they are not responding, im waiting all day (8 hours) and its not single time, month ago my first account was disabled by same reason and they did not respond what leaded to deletion of my first account, now its happening again, please help.

  it have been like 24 hours from now, they aren't responding at all to 3 tickets.

  They won't do anything. People wait two to three weeks each, others wait a couple of months. They just have an outpouring on us. They have not responded for many months. Plainly, the discord is over.
