Waiting time for Age Verification

So I was randomly reported by someone that I'm younger than 16 (the minimal digital consent age in Poland) and my account got disabled. I am 21, so I sent a request to update my age information as discord told me in email. In the day that I sent a request, I got 2 emails from discord support
1 - that they received my message
2 - that they have currently high volumes
I'm waiting 8 days for the response and I don't have access to my account because a troll decided to report me, even tho I didn't even text anywhere that I'm under 16 so I don't know how my account got disabled. I have read that disabled accounts are being deleted in 30 days, and I don't want 5 years of my account to be terminated. So my question is how long does it take for discord support to recover my account. I'll add, that I wasn't logged on any discord account when I submitted my request, so I don't even know the status of it, I only know the number of the ticket.
