Bug In text channels and DM

In servers:

When you type the format [text](<link>) but instead of typing text to be highlighted as a link, we will mention a role using this format <@&role-id> between the [] so it appears like [<@&role-id>](<link>)

what will happen is the members of the role are mentioned but the message will be in the same format you typed it in for example the message will appear like this [<@&1148481626511257610>](<https://discord.com>) instead of [@role](<https://discord.com>)

In DMs:

You can use this bug to mention members or someone in the DMs too,

you will just replace the role format to <@member-id> between the [] so the message appear like [<@member-id>](<link>)

That will mention the member in the server or in DMs with just showing the same format you write without converting it to a mention.

This bug happens for all app versions, iOS, desktop version, android, PTB and Canary.
