Apply verification level to users with roles / Improve anti-bot protection

Apply verification level settings to users with roles by default and allow server owners to add a “bypass” permission in the role server settings, and, apply “members must accept server rules before they can talk or DM" to members with roles.

Improve server raid protection feature, because a ton of bots are joining my server EVERY SINGLE DAY.

Accounts are following this name pattern (name underline number) and joining by discovery or discord server web page (custom URLs).
