Limited access to the timeline

Hello! I would like to suggest the option of being able to limit role access to the server timeline.

Let me explain with an example:
-If a person enters the server on August 23, he can only read the messages written from the 23rd and not the previous ones. That way, if someone has been on the server for 3 months, they will only be able to see those 3 months in the channels that the administrator wants. It would be very interesting if this were applicable to roles in specific channels, that way it would be very easy for the administrator to control the content that their members can access.

I think this would be especially beneficial for those private servers who want to reward longer-serving members.
