    Yes they should make this a feature and ownership of a groupchat should go to either the most active person in the groupchat or to the last person that had ownership before the deleted account OR it can go to whoever checks groupchat and it says maybe something like  Congratulations you are the first person to check  this groupchat. Claim Ownership
