Account disabled for being underage, no response on ticket

My account was disabled 2 days ago for being under 13, I am not under 13, im 18

I made a update age information  request about 11 days ago and I haven't gotten a response, there is 3 days left before my account will be permanently deleted.

Can someone please look at my ticket? #42764962

  INSEJN I've watched every day since my gf got banned, 4 years of daily communication and memories gone, this company has zero interest in anything but just being a shit stain on the Internet as a whole
